Club Lotus Rallye
We are delighted to share with you an extraordinary and unprecedented event for the most passionate enthusiasts.
Having experienced this myself last year, I want to recreate it for the most motivated among you.
On the agenda: a 1900km rally (or road trip) to the most popular 3-day Lotus event in North America – the infamous Lotus VS The Dragon. Since our cars were designed for winding roads rather than highways, what's a better way to enjoy them than by exploring the most scenic routes in the eastern United States, such as the Blue Ridge Parkway or Skyline Drive?

Price $ (rallye) : Rooms will be reserved on our itinerary for the group.
The price for the 3 nights (May 18 to 21) is :
CAD; $550 - single person / $600 - couple.
OR
USD; $400 - single person / $440 for a couple.
Meals and all individual travel expenses (gasoline, car) will be the responsibility of the participants.
+ $200 USD for Lotus VS The Dragon event;
+ $50 USD for a passenger (event).
Departure date : May 17 or 18, 2026 (depending where you start from).
First official meeting point : Tuesday, May 19th, 9h00 @ Front Royal, VA (USA)
Preliminary plan : 2.5 days Rallye to Fontana Dam Village Resort to reach Lotus VS The Dragon event. The detailed plan will be shared with those who have registered.
Lotus VS The Dragon (May 22-24) : The event is organized by Smoky Mountain Drives. Registration must be completed on their website before April 15, 2026. (Registration Link).
Cabins - Fontana Resort : We will have promotional prices for the rental of cabins (mini-houses) directly on-site, and the cabins can be shared by participants (possibility of single/double or multiple occupancy).
Return : Participants are responsible for their own return transportation. The event ends on Sunday, May 24th in the afternoon, but it is possible to leave earlier if required.

Car hauling :
(Quebec ONLY) - For participants who do not wish to take part in the rally, we are currently working to secure pricing for round-trip vehicle transportation to Atlanta. Please indicate your transportation request on the registration form.
(Ontario) - We are NOT responsible for the transportation of the cars, but you can let us know if you are interested to be put in contact with other people in your area for car hauling.
Hauling price : An initial estimate is currently being prepared; please contact us directly for more details.

Registration ends March 31st, 2026.
We ask that you adhere to the established schedule given the distances to be covered.
Respectful driving behavior is essential.
Route and meeting points will be shared in advance. Participants who do not meet the schedule will be responsible for joining the group at the next meeting point.
Strongly suggested: The lead vehicle will be equipped with a two-way radio (walkie-talkie) to share important information (animals on the road, police presence, changes to the schedule or route). It is strongly recommended that you have a communication device in your own vehicle.
Please verify with your insurance company that you are covered for any unforeseen circumstances.
The Lotus Club of Quebec is not responsible for any breakdowns, mechanical issues, or material and human risks associated with the trip.
The Lotus VS The Dragon is a Lotus ONLY cars event. We are open to other brands joining the Rallye, but be aware that these cars will not be able to participate in the Lotus VS The Dragon Event.
